1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ClickForge ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

ClickForge provides gaming performance testing tools including but not limited to: CPS tests, reaction time tests, spacebar tests, and mouse testing tools.

2. Use of Service

2.1 Permitted Use

You may use ClickForge to:

  • Test your clicking speed, reaction time, and mouse performance
  • Track your personal performance over time
  • Share your test results with others
  • Practice gaming techniques like jitter clicking and butterfly clicking
  • Access our educational content about clicking techniques

2.2 Prohibited Use

You may NOT use ClickForge to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or infrastructure
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use automated tools or bots to artificially inflate scores (cheating)
  • Scrape, crawl, or data-mine the Service without permission
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code

3. Disclaimers and Limitations

ALL TEST RESULTS PROVIDED BY CLICKFORGE ARE FOR ENTERTAINMENT AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.

3.1 Accuracy of Results

Test results are approximations based on browser-based timing mechanisms (performance.now()). Actual performance may vary based on:

  • Your hardware (mouse, keyboard, monitor)
  • Your browser and operating system
  • System load and background processes
  • Network conditions
  • Display refresh rate and input lag

3.2 No Professional Benchmarking

ClickForge tests are NOT professional benchmarking tools. They should not be used for:

  • Medical diagnosis or assessment
  • Professional gaming equipment evaluation
  • Scientific research or academic purposes
  • Making purchasing decisions without additional research
  • Competitive advantage verification (e.g., esports qualification)

3.3 Health and Safety

Some clicking techniques (jitter clicking, butterfly clicking) can cause strain or injury. Users should:

  • Take regular breaks (5 minutes per 15 minutes of clicking)
  • Stop immediately if experiencing pain or discomfort
  • Not use techniques that cause hand, wrist, or arm pain
  • Consult a medical professional if experiencing repetitive strain symptoms

ClickForge is not responsible for any injuries resulting from use of the Service or practice of clicking techniques.

4. No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We make no warranties or representations about:

  • The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of test results
  • The availability or uptime of the Service
  • The suitability of the Service for any particular purpose
  • That the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • That defects will be corrected

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLICKFORGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or opportunities
  • Damage to hardware or equipment
  • Physical injury from practice of clicking techniques
  • Decisions made based on test results
  • Violations of gaming server rules based on techniques learned here

6. Gaming Server Compliance

ClickForge provides information about various clicking techniques, including some that may be prohibited on certain gaming servers (e.g., drag clicking, butterfly clicking).

It is YOUR responsibility to:

  • Check your gaming server's rules before using any technique
  • Comply with all applicable gaming server terms of service
  • Not use techniques that are banned on servers you play on

ClickForge is not responsible for any bans, suspensions, or penalties you receive for using techniques that violate server rules.

7. Intellectual Property

The ClickForge website, including its design, code, content, and branding, is owned by ClickForge and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may:

  • Share links to ClickForge
  • Share your test results with result URLs
  • Reference ClickForge in content (videos, streams, articles)

You may NOT:

  • Copy or recreate ClickForge's design or functionality
  • Use ClickForge's branding or logo without permission
  • Embed ClickForge pages in iframes without permission

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you should stop using the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service for any user who violates these terms, without prior notice or liability.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Since no account is required, simply stop accessing the website.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of the Service shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
